Service Description

* Class Experience Policy: Candle Making Experience Thank you for choosing our Candle Making Experience. We are delighted to offer an engaging and instructive session where participants can craft their own unique candles under the guidance of our skilled instructors. Below are the details and policies pertaining to this experience: Experience Overview: Your class reservation includes a seat and all necessary supplies for each individual to create a personalized candle. Participants will have the opportunity to select their preferred fragrance and vessel, followed by hands-on instruction in measuring, mixing, and pouring their own candle. Duration: Classes are approximately 1 hour in length. Following the crafting session, candles will require approximately 45 minutes to set adequately before they can be taken home. During this setting period, participants will receive guidance on candle care and maintenance, including essential tools. Refreshments may be provided by the host during this time, and guests are invited to explore our retail section with a 15% discount. Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy: To ensure the smooth operation of our classes and to provide the best experience for all participants, we require timely adherence to our policies: Cancellation: Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled class will be eligible for a full refund. However, refunds will not be issued for cancellations made beyond this timeframe. Late Arrival: Participants are kindly requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their booked class. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays may occur, we regret that we cannot accommodate attendees who arrive more than 10 minutes late. Late arrivals will not be entitled to refunds or rescheduling. Reservation and Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% of the payment is required 7 days prior to the scheduled class date. We appreciate your cooperation with these policies as they enable us to maintain the quality of our Candle Making Experience and ensure the satisfaction of all participants.
